The evening is set like no other at Hilton’s Brisbane Grand Ballroom with fine food and wine, entertainers such as Darryl Braithwaite & Wendy Matthews attending. Lets not forget the opportunity to have a fantastic time whilst helping the support programs for seriously ill children and their families.

2010 XXXX Gold Port to Port Qld Variety Bash
July 6th, 2010The anual Qld Variety Bash is a great opportunity to get away for 10 action-filled days. In 2010 The Qld Variety Bash is celebrating it’s 21st birthday and what a better way to do so than to retrace the route of the very first Qld Variety Bash. This expedition of a lifetime will begin at Southport on July 29, 2010 with a convoy of Bash and official vehicles ready to commence its trek through Queensland retracing the route of the very first Queensland Variety Bash. While travelling everyone involved will witness miles of smiles as they fundraise for children whose families and carers rely on Variety Queensland for assistance.

‘The Mike O’Brien Memorial Golf Day’

On the 14th May at Lakelands Golf Course on the Gold Coast the STO Property Maintenance Group Mike O’Brien Golf Cup was held. We believe all participants enjoyed themselves and most importantly everyone contributed to helping children in need.
Mike O’Brien was one of the founding fathers of Variety in Australia, and in particular, Queensland. Mike’s nonstop passion to help children in need throughout the world was cherished and will always be remembered. Variety Golf Days provide a fantastic networking opportunity, guaranteed fun, great sponsorship opportunities and best of all, a fundraising opportunity to help the sick, disadvantaged and disabled children of Queensland.
